Getting there

Use the main Fistral car park and ramp access, with extra parking on nearby roads and beach facilities by the surf schools.

Watch out for

  • Powerful rip currents develop, especially when tide pushes against the Cribbar reef.
  • Large mid- to high-tide waves and the shallow Cribbar reef are not for beginners.
